Happy Mother's Day!

Helloooo!

Happy mother's day to all you Mammy's out there! I have had a fantastic day with my family. They all visited me at my student house and me and my brother laid out some food for everyone. It was really nice to spend some time with everyone and we had fun! I had no money (being a student and all) so I made my mum a hot water bottle cover that she loves. My family really appreciate hand made things so I'm kinda glad that I made her it.

 Here's some pictures of the day and the things I made.

The cards I made for my Mum and Nan :) Stenciled from my drawing of my Mum's dog Lenny then spray painted pink.

Mum loved the hot water bottle cover I made for her. I made it one evening with sheets of felt, hand embroidery and beads. I think it looks quite cute but if I didn't have so much uni work to do I would have spent longer on it.

It's been a lovely day and now I'm shattered! No rest for me though...I now have to tidy up!

Happy St Patrick's Day dudes! I wont be getting drunk and wearing a silly hat today though :) I'm hitting the charity shops in Middlesbrough...hoping for some gems! Have one for me!
